Well in 2012 I was playing VC-MP 0.3 on a server called XE. I was playing as Tommy Vercetti and I became friend with another noob called: Andriusas91. Long story short, I created a server shortly after and Invited him to join it. Next Andri, HarryOConnor and me created the staff and we named ourselves head managers. After that Harry kinda left (he is still in the staff as an advisor, but I haven't seen him for years) and Andri has kinda always just stuck around. He hasn't at all been involved with the server, but he visits the forum daily, or at least he did until his account got hacked. When his account got hacked I banned it and Andriusas private messaged me from another account telling me about it. On that I account I told him to get in-game so I can give him his account back. Unfortunately Andri is too lazy to do it. Hopefully we will see him soon.

Does Andri play the game? Yes he has been online like 4-5 times the past 2 years and he sometimes reply to forum topics Razz

To sum it up: Andri is basically like an owner like me and Flake, but he kinda just randomly pops up from time to time, when we least expect it. Oh and I forgot: The hashtag is just an inside joke among some of my oldest staff members.
