i have to suggest that you have to add /freezepropmember ./unfreezepropmember to stop people bcz during events many peoples disobey us which results in failure of event

If this added for event staff then +1 but if for non event staffs then -1 because non event staff people can abuse this command and they can easily evade for example someone fell u with stubby and u freeze him when you are fell down then it will be a evade so we can't trust non event staffs i mean this command shall be added only for trusted event staff who are event staff since 5 months and haven't been kicked, and are following every event staff rule.

Why don't you lock the prop while making things ready and unlock it once you are prepared to start the event , I suggest you to use /setpropattack cmd to get rid of disturbance in the event(shooting each other or bursting cars).
Announce something like Disturbing events will result a kick from the prop or something like that, and remember to keep the event prop locked.

For a derby event use /setpropcarscmd < prop id > <4> to disallow /getcar and /fix cmd so that only level 4 member can getcar and fix(mostly the prop owner and a few loyal members who can spawn cars for the event) thats gonna help event staff to kick those who are failed.

Don't forget to host an event in a prop where the most of the participants are not members in the same prop(not even level 1) Also try not to announce or unlock the prop before you make things ready.

This freeze and un-freeze cmd should also have access for only higher level of event staff members.
