First video: Setpropspawnpickup doesn't work like. The pickup you set there is the pickup your player will enter automatically. What happens if you enter a /addspawnpickup, you actually just get the message of saying what property it is. You actually spawning there is done by the script.
If you want to spawn somewhere else use a /addtelepickup that actually teleports you to the position.
Addteamspawnpickup I will look into it if there are any bugs. It looks to be one, but it may be lag related not sure. We'll see.
Let me know what type of event you are making and I can probably tell you how to make it more efficient. Do you for example have 4 teams you want in a minigame to be divided equally? If so you can do addskinpickup, addtelepickup and adddivideupgradepickup and /addtriggerpickup to trigger everything. Then you just use upgrades for the different skins and telepickups. That's basically what I did to test the system.

/addteamspawnpickup might be bugged so I have to look into it.
About addteamspawnpickup: I found the bug that I will fix for next patch. But luckily you can still use it but you need to add one /addspawnpickup as well and the /addteamspawnpickup will work as well.
