[Denied] Admin report - Signal

What did he do? Describe please: Signal joined the server me and mo say that sell sea sparrow he say that rule is 31 days then mo exit the server then i say to signal sell sea sparow he say that rule is after 31 days i sserver him check 31 days are complete then he dont sell and exit the server i was waiting for another admin.When mo come after a moment signal join  the server i say him to sell but he dont sell he use admin cmd he teleport himself and Mo to vehicle id 146 i trying to buy but cant i say to signal he deal with mo in pm and sell him.

I sold the vehicle to the one who asked me first, you were late and I'm sorry you must deal with it.

Also, you had just 8m when you were spamming my PM which is not an important thing to mention but just saying.

Mo is the one who asked me to join the game to sell it, and he has been reminding me of this since last many days but the priority is for his call on today, Mo was having internet issue which made him timeout frequently and I just waited for that, if it was you who asked me to join and sell then I would consider your call but first of all you were asking me to sell the veh without having enough money.

Like I said I just sold it to the person who requested me first.

don't double post, if you asked rainbow 7 days ago you could have somehow asked him to sell it today.

Plus he told rainbow not SiGNaL as he mentioned.

The only rule I can see relating to this report is this:

"Selling world 1 vehicles/properties: An admin is allowed to sell a world 1 vehicle or property in one or more of the following situations: the owner of the vehicle/property has not visited the server for more than 31 days (/lastjoined to check), the owner is banned from the server and won't be able to join for 31 days, or the owner has given permission or requested the vehicle/property to be sold. If the vehicle/property is sold and none of those situations apply, then the admin who sold the vehicle/property is to be punished, the vehicle/property is sold and the new owner (if any) is returned their money. The vehicle/property cannot be bought till the above situations apply. You are no longer to purchase additional world 1 vehicle slots, and you are to own not more than 1 world 1 property."

If you have a read, that rule is not violated by Signal, therefore the report will be denied.
