Weird stuff happened to you in /cop too and then it got resolved. Does this happen all the time or is today the first day you've seen it.
The camera not moving from the spawn screen to your player is something controlled by VC-MP so not really sure what to do about it.
DId you try pressing F11 entering camera mode to see if it moves the camera?

Well my point is if this bug happens again can you try to do F11 and /isspawned? That sort of information would really help. This is obviously a VC-MP bug related to lag, so I want to know if I can maybe fix it by resetting the camera of the players.

I can try to add player.RestoreCamera when you spawn, after the spawn protection and stuff like that to make sure it doesn't happen.

This bug happened to me once but i was not in onehitkill i was in property. I used /kill and server message come Dukaz died (suicide)
