Upload his fps since I've noticed many players with having 10/15 fps and it's pretty much same

You've seriously no idea how low or drop down of fps can help you in game lemme check it

He had 45 fps, see force report.And his ping was 59.

if too many players are complaining then it might be f1 hack,but as per my experience fps laggers are mostly same but I'd go with majority and lets wait what other admins have to say
