is it just VK server? if it is maybe you need to download the rel003 thingies that some head admin/manager has.

if it happens on every server then it may be something wrong with vcmp.

Juat delete the rel003 files amd download them again. To make it more easy, just re download VCMP client and download the rel003 files from the thijn's updater URL

delete all your patches and it will we work done but note, dont delete patches but remove it from GTA File and put it in another file to save that patches and try it will be run.
